My Story
I spent 25+ years in HR as a senior level business partner supporting complex org structures globally and across Canada (union and non/union), for both large and small businesses (i.e. TD Bank, AT&T Canada, Allstream). I facilitated big changes; exponential growth, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and downsizing. With people in mind, I became known for unconventional solutions, being a straight-shooter with fresh ideas. It wasn't about 'HR' process or politics for me. It was helping business leaders succeed by creating practical yet simple solutions, with a people mindset. Connecting the DotsWhen I left corporate, I asked executive clients to share what they most remembered me for - not surprisingly, the themes were consistent:
